The Back ( or
Sides & Back) is made with a flexible net or lace or spandex
net with no PU Skin & no PU Liquid. This style is a general style
of Lace Wigcap for men's wig ( and Lady's wig). |

WHY WE SHOULD HAVE " MINIMUM QUANTITY" FOR WIGCAP-MAKING ?
In production, we have minimum
quantity for 100 pcs in a style & a color & a size.
Sewing is to be done sewing ladies at their houses with their own sewing
machine, or our sewing machine we provided for them for sewing servie
for us.
Our system is not to keep workers employed and work inside companies
or factories because of high wage and worker protection Law and Act,
worker welfare Act, etc.
To purchase or prepare nets, tapes, bands,
ribbons colored is to be done by me.
Cutting each net, band, ribbon in proper sizes and shapes of each wigcap
style is to be done by a cutting factory.
They have a basic cutting service charge. And so, we should have minimum quantity
When we purchase materials, we use a delivery man with a car or a bike for delivery.
When we send netting materials to the cutting service man, we pay for the transport. And we pay for transport from the cutting service factory to me.
And, I check the quality of cut materials, and I send the materials to sewing ladies at our cost for the transport from my office to the ladies and the ladies to our office.
